PDQ Accessories provides the latest in high demand, trend-setting fashion accessories to registered merchants with a valid Sales Tax ID number. You must fax or upload a valid Sales Tax ID certificate.
RETURN POLICY:
All Sales are Final.
Defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days. Customers must have a Return Authorization Number before returning product. To return a defective product:
- Contact Customer Service within 3 days for your Return Authorization Number
- Return in original package with all tags
- A copy of original receipt must be included
- Approval based on inspection of defective merchandise by PDQ Accessories
- Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable
Products returned without an RA # number will be refused. Sorry, no exceptions.
PAYMENT TYPE: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
SHIPPING:
We ship only to the United States. We will not ship without a Sales Tax ID on file.
